CAVE-IN-ROCK, Ill. — Ewell E. Dutton Sr., 76, of Cave-In-Rock died Friday at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind.

He was an Air Force veteran.

He is survived by four sons, Eddie Dutton and Danny Dutton, both of Herod, Ray Wilbourn of Van Buren, Ark., and Johnny Dutton of Cave-In-Rock; two daughters, Debbie Smith of Karbers Ridge and Kathy Osman of Harrisburg; his mother, Katherine Dutton of Rosiclare; two brothers, Herschel and DeeRoy Dutton, both of Cave-in-Rock; two sisters, Mary Ann Dutton of Cave-In-Rock and Linda Parkinson of Rosiclare; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Dutton; one son, Larry Don Dutton; one great-granddaughter; his father, Neulen Dutton; one brother; and one sister.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday with military rites at Cox Funeral Home in Rosiclare, with burial in Adams Cemetery.
