VIENNA, Ill. — Donald Bruce Walter, 75, of Vienna died at 3:45 p.m. Sunday, March 17, 2013, at Baptist Health Paducah.

Mr. Walter was the Johnson County supervisor of assessments and had worked at Anna State Hospital as a psychiatric aide. He was a member of Vienna United Methodist Church and the Masonic Fraternity.

He is survived by his wife, Edna Trovillion Walter; three children, Penny Walter George, Sherry Walter Field and Doug Walter, all of Vienna; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Kitty Deaton; and one brother. His parents were David Bruce Walter and Lois M. McFatridge Walter.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at Bailey Funeral Home with interment to follow at Fraternal Cemetery in Vienna.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today, March 19, 2013, at the funeral home.
