Dean Parker Meadows, 67, of Paducah died at 5:40 p.m. Tuesday at Metropolis Health Care Center.

He was a woodworker at Easter Seals in Paducah and a member of Margaret Hank Memorial Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

He is survived by two brothers, George W. Meadows of Paducah and Roby A. Meadows of Louisville.

He was preceded in death by one brother; his parents were George and Mary Meadows.

Service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Margaret Hank Memorial Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 1526 Park Ave. in Paducah with Chris Fleming officiating.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Easter Seals in Paducah.
