MAYFIELD — Services for Dale George Pentrich, 89, of the Cuba community will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield. The Rev. Rick Walker will officiate. Burial will be in Lynnville Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Pentrich died at 6:40 p.m. Sunday at Martin Health Care Facility in Martin, Tenn.

He was a retired cement mason and was of the Methodist faith. He was a Merchant Marine veteran of World War II.

Survivors include one daughter, Julia Jackson of Cuba; one son, Billy Pentrich of Mayfield; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mattie Powell Pentrich; three sisters; and five brothers. His parents were George and Julia Dometor Pentrich.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
