Crystal Shae Jones and Timothy Richard Amyx were united in marriage May 14 at Heartland Baptist Worship Center with David Lewis officiating. Music was provided by Linda Painter, pianist.

The bride is the daughter of Richard and Ginger Jones of Paducah.

The groom is the son of Rick and Shirley Amyx of Paducah.

The bride chose her sister, Ms. Ashley Jones of Ledbetter, as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Ms. Misty Beeler of Cincinnati and Ms. Brooke Ettlebrick of Louisville. Miss Bailey Amyx, daughter of Josh and Jessica Amyx of Brookport, Ill., served as the flower girl. Ringbearer was Evan Adams, son of Nathan and Suzanne Adams of Cleveland, Ga.

The groom chose Geoffrey Kirksey of Paducah as his best man. Groomsmen were Matt Bell of St. Louis and Myles Cope of Louisville. Serving as ushers were Jason Amyx of Paducah, Mitchell Jones of Lexington and Josh Amyx.

A reception followed. Servers were Shelia Leigh of Paducah, Sharon Roberts and Mary Roberts, both of Spencerville, Ohio, and Jessica Amyx. Cija Frazier of Paducah attended the guest register.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Reidland High School and a 2004 graduate of the physical therapist assistant program at West Kentucky Community & Technical College. She is attending the University of Louisville and is employed by Summerfield Health & Rehab Center in Louisville.

The groom is a 2001 graduate of Reidland High School and is attending Mid-Continent University in Mayfield. He is employed by the Kentucky National Guard.

The couple resides in Louisville.
