ROSICLARE, Ill. — Connie Sue Vinyard, 67, of Carbondale, formerly of Galatia, died at 9:20 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at her home.

She was a member of the Tompsonville Church of God.

She is survived by four daughters, Jacqueline Groves of Carbondale, Tammy Carter of Galatia, Amy Willsey of Lawrence, Kan., and Crystal Vinyard of Herald; one son, Jason Vinyard of Galatia; 14 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two brothers.

She was preceded by her husband, Jack Vinyard; one grandchild; one great-grandchild; three sisters; and three brothers. Her parents were Loy Sitzes and Ruby Mouser.

Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, at Cox Funeral Home in Rosiclare. Allen Davidson will officiate.
