Conner-Owens

by Henrietta Marie Conner and Marcus Ray Owens Sr. announce their engagement. Ms. Conner is the daughter of the late Rev. Henry and Rosie McEwen Jones. She is a 1972 graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School and a graduate of Paducah Community College. She is employed by Experience Works and serves as a chaplain at Western Baptist Hospital and associate minister at Greater Lincoln Heights Church. Mr. Owens is the son of Merley Owens of Guthrie, Okla., and the late Marcellus Owens. He is a 1971 graduate of Guthrie High School and a graduate of Oklahoma University in Norman. He is employed by Western Baptist Hospital. Wedding vows will be exchanged at 4 p.m. July 30 at Greater Lincoln Heights Church. All friends and relatives are invited.
