CLINTON — Services for Charlie Monroe Hamlin, 85, of Clinton will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, at Brown Funeral Home in Clinton. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Hamlin died at 2:35 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at Arbor Place of Clinton.

He was a retired assembly line worker for Ford Motor Co.

He is survived by one daughter, Judith Lynn Hamlin Wood of Las Vegas; one son, Mark Bush of Huntsville, Ala.; two sisters, Mary Jo Hamlin Duke of Clinton and Norma Jean Hamlin Byrd of South Fulton, Tenn.; two grandchildren, Chris Wood of Ohio and Katie Bush of Huntsville, Ala., and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two grandchildren; one sister, and three brothers. His parents were Albert Monroe and Ester Mae Harrison Hamlin.
