VILLA RIDGE, Ill. — Carolyn Sue (Mize) Pfaff, 72, of Villa Ridge died at 12:20 p.m. Monday, December 31, 2012, at her home.

She was a member of Mounds Church of Christ and a retired teachers aide from Meridian Community School District.

She is survived by one son, Rodney Pfaff; one daughter, Amy Kerr; her mother, Blanche Mize; one brother, Kenneth Mize, all of Villa Ridge; three grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Pfaff. Her father was Albert Mize.

Graveside memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, January 4, 2013, at Rose Hill Cemetery in Pulaski with Ron Gulley officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery Friday prior to services.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 3, 2013, at Jones Funeral Home Villa Ridge.
