Brandi Lee Bynum and Chad Edward Rogers were united in marriage July 1 at The Grand Lodge on Fifth in Paducah. John Offutt officiated and music was presented by Justin Hatcher of Paducah, guitarist and vocalist.

The bride is the daughter of Ted and Julie Smith of Paducah. The groom is the son of Lawrence Rogers of Princeton and Judy Shoulders of Paducah.

The bride chose Miss Lindsey Terry of Paducah as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Katie Alexander of Brandenburg and Mrs. Jana Duffy of Boaz. Miss Andi Powers, daughter of Andy and Vonda Powers of Paducah, served as the flower girl.

The groom chose Chris Shoulders of Paducah as his best man. Groomsmen were Josh Hudson of Princeton, K.T. Duffy of Boaz and Justin Hatcher of Paducah. Serving as ushers were Cory Smith and Darrel Kell, both of Paducah.

A reception followed. Miss Kennedy Powers and Miss Josie Powers, both of Paducah, attended the guest register.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Reidland High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in family and consumer sciences in 2006 from the University of Kentucky. She is employed by LECORP, Inc. in Paducah.

The groom is a 2000 graduate of Reidland High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering in 2005 from Murray State University. He is employed by the Tennessee Valley Authority in West Paducah.

The couple resides in Paducah.
