MAYFIELD — Bobbie Jean Mangrum, 76, of Mayfield died Saturday, December 29, 2012, at Jackson Purchase Medical Center.

She was a member of Pryorsburg Baptist Church and was a retired nurse’s aid from Community Hospital.

She is survived by six sons, Jimmy Puckett of Hardin, Gary Mangrum of Mayfield, Eddie Mangrum of Godfry, Ill., Freddie Mangrum of Mayfield, David Mangrum of Reidland, and Mark Mangrum of Mayfield; one daughter, Debbie Mangrum of Mayfield; one sister, Sandra Watson of Mayfield; 16 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one grandson. Her parents were Leon and Beulah Burton Shupe.

Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2013, at Byrn Funeral Home with the Rev. Marshall Ivey officiating. Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, January 1, 2013, at the funeral home.
