ARLINGTON — Mr. and Mrs. James Webb of Arlington celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday.

Mr. Webb and the former Alpha La-dale Green were married March 31, 1962, by Harold Ivan at the minister’s home in Golo. Their attendants were Freda June Duncan and Ronald Petrie.

Mrs. Webb is the daughter of the late Aubrey and Evaline Green.

Mr. Webb is retired from General Tire in Mayfield. He is the son of the late Paul and Rebecca Webb.

They have three children: Jimmy Webb of Louisville, Timmy Webb of Maryville, Tenn., and David Webb of Arlington; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
