PLYMOUTH, Minn. — Alicia Ann Hite and John Henry Bender were united in marriage Aug. 12 at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church with Jim Bender of Topeka, Kan., brother of the groom, officiating. Music was provided by Mrs. Julie Froedge O’Brian of Cincinnati, Ohio, pianist and vocalist; and Mrs. Sally Bender of Topeka, violinist. Mrs. Renee Power Koehler of Paducah and Tim Bender of Somerset, Wis., brother of the groom, served as readers.
The bride is the daughter of Robert and Helen Hite of Paducah. The groom is the son of Walter and Eleanore Bender of Eagan, Minn.
Serving as ushers were Chad Hite of Paducah, brother of the bride, and Tim Bender.
Ashley Arant Knight of Paducah attended the guest register.
The bride is a 1995 graduate of Reidland High School and a 2000 graduate of Union University in Jackson, Tenn., with a degree in computer science. She is employed by Nash Finch as a computer programmer analysis senior in Edina, Minn.
The groom is a 1994 graduate White Bear Lake Senior High School in White Bear Lake, Minn., and a 2000 graduate of the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis with a degree in civil engineering. He is employed by MFRA as a civil engineer.
The couple resides in Maple Grove, Minn.
