Mr. and Mrs. James D. Paitsel of Fulton announce the engagement of their daughter, Scarlett Paige Aldridge, to Barrett Thomas Adair, son of Mr. and Mrs. Barry Adair of Bismarck, N.D., and Mr. and Mrs. Chris Langston of Wingo.
Miss Aldridge is the granddaughter of Mrs. Eugene D. Aldridge of Hopkinsville and the late Mr. Aldridge, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Beverly M. Greenwood. She is a 2008 graduate of Graves County High School in Mayfield and earned a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management/tourism in 2013 from the University of Kentucky in Lexington. She is employed by the James E. Bruce Convention Center in Hopkinsville.
Mr. Adair is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Tucker of Hickory, and Mr. and Mrs. Terrell Adair of Wingo. He is a 2003 graduate of Graves County High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in occupational safety & health in 2008 from Murray State University in Murray. He is employed by DeNuke Contracting Services in Paducah.
Wedding vows will be exchanged Oct. 12 at Fulton First United Methodist Church in Fulton.
