The Paducah Tilghman Junior Varsity Academic team won the Region 1 JV Challenge at PTHS on Nov. 10. Calloway County was runner-up, and Heath was third. Tilghman's team took first place in quick recall. In written assessments, Jackson Rudolph (9) was first and Meg Hancock (9) and Tori Taylor (10) tied for second in Composition. Reese Butler (9) was first and Erin Burba (10) was third in Math. Erin Burba was third in Science. Tori Taylor placed 6th in Language Arts.
