SEDALIA -- Margaret Bennett Welch, 89, of Sedalia died Saturday, May 13, 2017, at Spring Creek Health Care in Murray.

She was a member of Burnetts Chapel United Methodist Church and Graves County Homemakers and was a retired employee of McKenzie & Mouk Insurance in Monroe, Louisiana.

She is survived by one daughter, Karen Parm of Sedalia; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, Raymond Carlisle; two daughters, Iris Dillon and Katherine Welch; and two brothers. Her parents were Gordon and Iris Wilford Bennett.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield. The Rev. Brian Griffith will officiate. Interment will follow at Burnetts Chapel Cemetery.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
