GRAND RIVERS -- Virginia Helen Hagan, 93, of Grand Rivers and formerly of Owensboro, died Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at Calvert City Convalescent Center.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church in Calvert City.
She is survived by one daughter, Mary Castlen of Owensboro; two sons, Bill Lyninger and Gary Hagan, both of Owensboro; one sister, Rose Poe of Kuttawa; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mack Thomas Hagan; three sisters; and four brothers. Her parents were Will and Aurora Byrne Marret.
Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, May 5, 2017, at Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville.
Visitation will also be held from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 6, 2017, at St. Joseph and Paul Catholic Church in Owensboro.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 6, 2017, at the church. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery in Owensboro.
