Diana Williams

Staff report

BOAZ -- Diana Williams, 70, of Boaz, Kentucky, passed away at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at Baptist Health Paducah.

She was born in Hopkins County, Kentucky. Diana was a member of Heritage Baptist Church and the Graves County Genealogical Society. She enjoyed reading and loved flowers.

Diana is survived by her husband of 48 years, Truman Williams; daughter, Landa Williams of Dawson Springs, Kentucky; stepdaughters, Althea Anderson, Dena Brown and Anita Silingo; sisters, Freida Johnston of Dawson Springs, Kentucky, and Linda Lucas of Madisonville, Kentucky; brother, Earl Williamson of Illinois; two grandchildren, Zachary Glisson of Mayfield, Kentucky, and Breana Glisson of Paducah, Kentucky; three stepgrandchildren; six stepgreat-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Carl Williamson. Her parents were Carl and Pearl Parrot Williamson.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 22, 2017, at Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services with the Rev. Bill McAlpin and the Rev. Jackie Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
