Dola Pearl Gammons

Staff report

BENTON -- Dola Pearl Gammons, 75, of Benton died Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at Baptist Health Paducah.

She worked for Patti's 1880's Settlement in Grand Rivers and was a member of Twin Lakes Worship Center.

Surviving are her husband, Charlie E. Gammons; sons, Dennis Mason of Mayfield, Darrell Mason of Calvert City, and Doyle William Mason Jr. of Benton; daughter, Doris Bledsoe of Benton; sister, Betty Lou Clemons of Sharpe; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle William Mason Sr., two brothers, and one sister. Her parents were Earl Russell and Pearlie (Stalculp) Russell.

Service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 18, 2017, at Collier Funeral Home with the Rev. Jeremy Short officiating. Interment will follow in Dees Cemetery, Calvert City.

Visitation will be between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Friday, March 17, 2017, at Collier Funeral Home in Benton.
