FARMINGTON -- Lee Rogers, 80, of Farmington died at 7:46 a.m. Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at Baptist Health Paducah.
Mr. Rogers was a veteran of the U.S. Army, a retired home builder and a member of the Farmington Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Pat Rogers; a son, Kelly Rogers; one granddaughter; two great-grandchildren; and a brother. His parents were Rudy Claude Rogers and Delsie Sunshine Holmes Rogers.
Mr. Rogers is survived by his daughter, Peggy Lee Wadzinski of Murray; his sons, Keith Rogers, Mark Rogers and Craig Rogers, all of Farmington; his sisters, JoAnn Wehmeier, Marilyn Fairfield, Janie Holmes and Susie Rogers; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, March 17, 2017, at the Blalock-Coleman & York Funeral Home in Murray with the Rev. Ben Stratton officiating. Burial will be in the West Fork Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2017, at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
