Charles Westfall

Staff report

GILBERTSVILLE -- The Rev. Charles K. Westfall, 89, of Gilbertsville died Sunday, March 12, 2017, at Baptist Health Paducah.

He was a member of Vaughn's Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church, was a retired minister and was also retired from Arkema. He was a veteran of the Army Air Corps and the United States Army.

He is survived by three sons, Kenneth Westfall and Keith Westfall, both of Benton, and Mark Westfall of Gilbertsville; two brothers; three sisters, and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte (Hurst) Westfall; three brothers; four sisters, and one granddaughter. His parents were Roy E. Westfall and Thelma (Kennedy) Westfall.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, March 17, 2017, at Collier Funeral Chapel. The Revs. Wendall Ordway and James Fulton will officiate. Interment will follow in Sugar Grove Cemetery in Crittenden County.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Collier Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Sugar Grove Cemetery Fund, 23 Campbell Lane, Marion, KY 42064.
