Donald Collier

Staff report

GOLCONDA, Ill. - Services for Donald Ray Collier, 75, of Golconda, formerly of Hardin County, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 11, 2014, at Aly Funeral Home in Eddyville. Burial will be in Collier Cemetery.

Mr. Collier died Monday, January 5, 2014, at Hardin County General Hospital in Rosiclare.

Surviving are a sister, Kay Bennett of the Simpson community; three brothers, Jay Collier of Corryton, Tenn., Nelson Collier of Glendale and Elbert Collier of Higley, Ariz.; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by four sisters and two brothers. His parents were James Marriel and Pearl Southerland Collier.

Friends may call after 11 a.m. Saturday, January 11, 2014, at the funeral home.
