A man was arrested April 11 after police received a call about a domestic disturbance, according to the Murray Police Department.
Kory Roach was charged with second-degree fleeing and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
When the police reached the residence on South 12th Street, Roach had fled toward South 10th Street to the ditches and around the hospital.
Roach was spotted in a tree line near a bridge on South 6th Street. After being commanded to stop, Roach fled from police. He was apprehended and police found a small bag of methamphetamine on him.
