Tyrell T. Winfield, 22, 1122 Goodland Ave., South Bend, Indiana, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, minor injury; 90 days, serve 10, two-year conditional, no further offenses, no contact with victim, domestic violence assessment, follow through with recommendations, mental health assessment, follow through with recommendations, pay $420.

Ashley Lipford, 22, 123 Milton Drive, Paducah, second-degree disorderly conduct; 10 days, two-year conditional discharge, no further offenses.

Jason E. Powell, 37, 429 S. 19th St., Paducah, local city ordinance violation-harboring a vicious animal; 20 days, two-year conditional discharge, no further offenses, forfeit male dog, maintain fence approved by animal control, restitution, have no more than one animal, spay or neuter animals.
