Nathaniel K. Curtsinger, 26, 5221 Ky. 440, Hickory, second-degree wanton endagerment; 90 days, serve 16 with one day credit for time served, two-year conditional discharge, no further offenses, pay $219.

Amber L. Fralix, 27, 2490 John L. Puryear Dr., Paducah, theft by unlawful taking or displacement -- shoplifting, under $500; seven days, serve two, two-year conditional discharge, no further offenses.
