Seminar on health care reform slated

Staff report

Potential health care reform and its impact on small business will be the topic of a Jan. 20 seminar sponsored by Paducah Bank and the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce.

The seminar will be at 9 a.m. at the commerce center, 300 S. Third St. It will be presented by Jody Stivers, with HollandStivers.

"President-elect Donald Trump, along with Republican majorities retained in both the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, will likely have a significant impact on the employee benefits industry, as well as a number of compliance issues over the next four years," according to Stivers.

There is no charge to attend, but RSVP is requested to Clay Davis at cdavis@hollandstivers.com or 270-554-5535.
