LOUISVILLE -- A judge has unsealed a lawsuit alleging two Louisville Metro Police officers sexually abused a former member of the department's Youth Explorer program when he was a teen.
The Courier-Journal reported it and another media outlet argued for the suit to be unsealed, saying the public has a right to know of accusations against police.
Officer Brandon Wood and former Officer Kenneth Betts were named in the suit.
The paper reported Wood's attorney said his client is innocent while Betts' attorney declined comment.
