MCCH employees certified in voice treatments

MCCH employees certified

Murray-Calloway County Hospital now has four employees certified in LSVT BIG (Lee Silverman Voice Treatments) for speech and physical therapists. The treatments provide an innovative method for improving communication and movement in Parkinson's patients. Newly trained are Chad DeLancy, COTA (left); Kevin Spengler, PT,DPT (third from left); and Bryn Spengler, PT,DPT, outpatient rehab coordinator (far right). Second from left is Shandi James, MS, OTR/L, inpatient rehab coordinator, who was previously certified.
