Staff report

Paducah native Clay Walker, CEO of NETWORKS Sullivan Partnership, of Blountville, Tennessee, has been recognized as a Top 50 Economic Developer by Consultant Connect, a consulting agency serving as a bridge between economic developers and site consultants. Recipients are nominated by colleagues in the economic development industry and site consultant community. Walker, the son of Keith and Judy Walker, Paducah, leads the economic development efforts of Sullivan County, Tennessee, and the marketing and recruitment for neighboring Hawkins County. He has 20 years of economic development experience, having worked at the community and regional levels as well as leading his own consulting firm. He is a graduate of Murray State University, Oklahoma University's Economic Development Institute, and is a certified economic developer.

Dr. Robert Bressler, allergist, from Hopkinsville, will begin providing services on Tuesdays on March 7 at the Murray ENT office in the Murray-Calloway County Hospital's medical arts building. He graduated from Duke University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Bressler is board certified and completed a fellowship in allergy, asthma and immunology at Baylor.
